I agree about just getting rid of the extra lines to the right. They are only a distraction from the content. It'll look fine without them.

I think the logo needs to be just a bit larger. it's kind of lost. Not too much bigger.

The side marker would probably look good if it was a little taller, stopped at the left edge of the light grey area instead of going all the way to the edge of the page and was maybe a bit darker. Perhaps reverse the text in the dark side marker. Maybe red and white? Something that pops.

The bottom right corner being rounded off when nothing else is kind of stands out to me, as well.

Otherwise, I like it. It's clean and simple which I think fits this application.
