Hi all,
I have a digital camera, and have trasferred the video from the digital tape onto my hard drive. They are now in .avi format.
I want to build up a DVD of these files. I can do that fine in nero v 6, but that doesn't allow me to make a menu file... I want to create a DVD similar to a normal feature film where there is a menu screen where you can choose which chapters etc you can watch.
Does anyone know of any good software (maybe free?) in which you can do this?
All your tips and ideas would be greatfully recieved!
There's always next season.

mavrck - I can't get to grips with encore at all.
When I transfer the video from my digital camcorder to my HDD, every piece of video is its own avi file. (every time I press record, then stop = 1 avi file) So I have about 60 avi files...
This isn't a problem, but I want to bunch several of them together at a time... for example I have some video of my flat (4 avi's), then some of the zoo (6 avi's) - So I want button 1 to be The Flat, with 4 chapters, and button 2 to be The Zoo, with 6 chapters...
How do I do that?!? I thought that simply dragging the single avi's to the same timeline would do it but I just can't figure it out...
Any tips/ websites you can give to help me would be most helpful... I have looked at the help files but it's very unintuitive...
